arini da 2 mggu aku keje kat iqm.. mlm td 1 pengalaman baru kne wat shut down kt kilang... fazar da la x dtg.. xcident katenye... naseb bek leader plastik ade.. dye yg tlg wat shut down... mlm ni 1 pengalaman baru... on kilang plak... aku mmg xde ct kot utk 2 mgu ni.. pagi ahad g meniage kat stadium.. blik dr stadium.. mmg xde keje laen la.. tdo la... ari khamis ada lah detik bersejarah bg jari aku.. kne hempap die plate door check D73A rear... mmg saket.. tp dpn pekerja2 aku... aku wat rilek je.. hahaha.. padahal aku nak menanges da mse 2.. adoi... smoge cepat sembuh...

alhamdulillah.. aku da bole bekerja dgn aman... walaupon dtg keje lambat pg td... aku ttp boleh tersenyum dari kol 9pagi smpai kol 6ptg.. bkn kne marah... kne gelak je,... apedehal... semangat2 yg diberikan oleh makcik2 iqm membuatkan aku lbh tabah dan berani.. short form dye tabaroni... semoga esok aku x bgn lambat lg.. aminnnn...

my 1st day in iqm.. evrty is soo hard 4 me.... starting from the poco2, orientation, meet mr azmi, goes to production line.... visit idil colour.. then plastic division.. then metal stamping again.. robot welding.. spot weld.... all will be my responsibilities... hopefully i can give the best services in IQM.. ya Allah.. please help me to do my work.. as a shift supervisor.. i need to change my lifestyle... into more dicipline. i need to make many change...




Supervisory Responsibilities Concerning Discipline
Supervisors must be familiar with labor contract and rule provisions which apply to the initiation of the disciplinary process and employee due process rights.
Rules and Standards of Performance
In your responsibilities as a supervisor, you should be aware that there are things employees need to know to more efficiently perform their job responsibilities. You are responsible for seeing that each employee knows:
  1. The policies, rules and regulations that govern the employees' work, and that the employee has acknowledged receipt of a copy of these.
  2. The proper kind of behavior expected of the employee.
  3. The duties and tasks the employee is expected to perform.
  4. What you, as supervisor, consider the standards of performance for the job.
  5. How well the employee is meeting those standards of performance.
  6. How the employees' work can be improved and better working capabilities developed.
  7. The provisions of applicable labor contracts which apply to the initiation of the disciplinary process and employee rights.
If and when an employee violates a rule, you will want to be able to answer "yes" to the following questions:
  1. Was the rule properly communicated to employees?
  2. Was the employee aware of the rule?
  3. Does the employee understand what the rule means?
  4. Is the rule reasonable (job relatedness is the key)?
Work of high quality done on a regular basis develops into a habit. Work habits are developed on the job. People are not born with either bad or good work habits. The supervisor establishes these work habits through supervision and personal example. Most employees respond to good leadership by developing acceptable work habits. Others require more attention. A few may require disciplinary or some other administrative action. Through adequate training, communication, and setting an example, good discipline can become a reality that insures high performance.
Self-discipline
Self-discipline in our employees is largely dependent upon our own self-discipline as supervisors. We often think of people according to their abilities to perform their tasks on their own, without supervision or other assistance. The following supervisory actions have been found useful in developing self-discipline. Compare them with your present actions and seek ways to improve:
  1. Decide upon areas of activities where self-discipline is needed.
  2. Provide employees with planned work procedures.
  3. Explain "how" and "why" in training.
  4. Permit the employee to gain gradual control as his or her ability to perform increases. Compliment achievement and efforts to gain independence. Show your confidence in his or her ability.
  5. Help employees gain self-confidence.
  6. Follow up periodically and decrease frequency of follow up contacts as confidence and competence are apparent in employees.
  7. Maintain regular supervisory checks and other contacts.
What are some indicators of employee self-discipline?
  1. Employees arriving on time for work and on a regular basis.
  2. Employees properly dressed for the type of work in which they are engaged.
  3. Employees handling equipment, tools, and material properly.
  4. Employees turning out quality and quantity of work expected.
  5. Tasks performed in good spirits.
  6. Harmonious work relationships.

alhamdulillah.. esok aku blik keratong ngn abu.. planning.. g kenduri kawen norin n bwk blik moto kesygn aku ke s.alm... isnin da start keje.. hopefully dpt bekerja ngn aman dan damai.. Ya Allah ya tuhanku... permudahkanlah segela urusanku. permudahkan hambamu ini mencari rezeki. hanya padaMu aku meminta pertolongan.. aminn... arini pnye pye planning... kol 6.30 g maen bola.. blik tme maghrib.. g umah ijan amek safety boots aku.. pas2 kol 8.30 g umah aki nak bsuh bju ngn amek road tax.. ingat nak tgl moto trus.. try ajak abu nt.. hmm. sab2 blik kg.. aki x jd blik krtg arini.. ahad blik smule s.alm... then... teruskan berdoa... Allah maha adil.. kalau kte baik... kte pon dpt pasangan yang baek... hmm.. pasni  keje dlu.. dpt kete bru carik awek... ok?..

abu dah rajin belajar... syafiq suruh aku ajar abu subjek c++ mane la aku ingat da subjek sem 1 2... sejak ble aku ske tulis blog tanye sapik kpdaku... aku pon  jawab sejak baby lg... abu slalu tdo lambat sbb study.. sapik cakap abu bagus... aku pon cakap abu bagus.. apis pon cakap cam2.. firdaus pon ckp cam2.. akmal pon cakap cam2... budak2 umah aku sme bagus2,,, taking care each other..

utk 1 miggu yg penuh dengan aktiviti kerja dan mencari kerja...... setat ari sab2 mgu lpas aku keje kt warung kayu manis. mule2 kne jage air... bpk best gle mase 2.. tibe2 kne tukar kat department nasik ayam plak.. naseb baek aku ade pengalaman potong ayam mase join navy dlu... mule2 mmg la cam susah sket.. tp sekarang ni aku da bole wat nasik ayam terbang.. nak rase nasik ayam aku dtg la dpn pasaraye bintang.. skrg da jadi giant.. aku bg nasik lebeh ayam lebeh sup lbeh.. harge.... murah je.. tiap2 mlm aku stil keje uptown.. sehari gaji aku dlm rm 51.. kalo da sebulan da rm1500.. kalau da setahun da rm18000.. kalau 5 taun da rm90k campur interest.. fuh kaye aku... hehehe... mmg la ari2 mkn free.. dt kuar utk myk moto je,.. tp 1500 sebulan mmg x ckup la...nak cite pasal Interiew plak ari rabu aku g interview kat IQM.. utk kedua kalinye aku interview.. camne la HR 2 bole ilangkan aku pnye resume ngn sijil.. x pasal2 aku kne wat baru.. pagi2 da bgn awal2 pinjam note QC abu konon2 nak bace la.. saampai je IQM, aku parking moto then masik opis.. jmpe cik azmi.. salam dye pas2 jmpe mel.. receptionis IQM yg hot... pas2 kene isi borang lagi.. kne jawab exam lg.. padahal aku da jawab da soklan 2 time 1st intervw sblm raye... utk 2nd intrvw ni.. aku kne jmpe cik azmi.. aku mintak jawatan exec QC.. sekali cik azmi tye ape kaitan tme aku praktikal dlu ngn QC n ISO TS 16949.. mmg tergagap2 la aku nak jawap.. mmg frust.. aku x dpt jd management trainee.. dye bg aku jawatan shift supervisor.. adoi.. kne keje shift la aku... x bleh la aku nk keje uptown hari2... aku mintak gaji rm1800... abes je intervw aku trus lpk ngn pak guard.. smpai je kt pak guard 2 pnye base ade sorang awek menanti aku disitu.. hahaha.. bkn awek.. kwn je.. farhana x navy.. dye da seminggu keje IQM.. bhgian BnD.. dye ajak aku teman dye sementare tgu membe dye amek kete.. byk gak la aku sembang ngn dye... rupenye dye duk kt ani sup utara.. dpn umah aku je.. bole la aku tumpang dye g keje.. hahaha.. aku tye gaji dye.. dye pnye gaji rm2000.. menyesal aku mintak gaji RM1800... rupenye gaji degree mmg dye byr RM2000... hmm.. ptg td kol HR IQM tye pasal 3rd intervw... dye ckp tgu panggilan hangit dr dye.. mintak2 la dpt... semalam aku isi borang kat ump ngn mpob.. xtau la dapat ke x...   semalam ade rmai kwn2 aku dtg uptown.. jmpe pathi tukijan.. ahmad faisal fadil dan rakan2.. suraya jakel... dak keratong... padil ofkos la akn lepak kdai aku.. ajar aku lagu muse.. nk ajak jamming katenye.. pas2 hisyam x navy kol ajak maen futsal kol 3.. aku pon trus mengOKkan lalu memesej elly kayu manis.... de ckp msuk keje kol 2 smpai kol 7.. pas maen futsal aku pon pulang kerumah ngn kepuasan melampau sebab sumbat byk gol mlm 2 smpai hancur kasut futsal aku... mmg penat bekerja sehari 12jam.. tp keje uptown rilek je,.. byak duduk je.. da la x ramai masuk kdai aku... kdai sebelah je ramai... bos aku ade 2 kdai... arini sales aku dalam rm 60 je.. tensen aku.. blik je keje jmpe tuan ape ntah namenye dak navy.. pas2 aku msuk umah.. trus bkk facebook... trus tulis blog.. skrg nak mkn nasi beriyani yg hasnul pos kat aku.. esok warung cuti.. xtau lg nak wat pe.... yg penting sekarang ni.. tdo............................. gudnyte evrybadi...
